Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held at a private estate, aptly named Someplace Upstate, located in the town of Marlboro in the heart of New York's Hudson Valley.

We are grateful to have loved ones joining us from all over the world.

If you plan to arrive by car, the hotel offers free parking, as does the venue.

If you plan to arrive by train from New York City, we suggest taking Metro-North Railroad from Grand Central Station to the Poughkeepsie Train Station or taking Amtrak from New York Penn Station to Poughkeepsie Train Station. (The Amtrak option works well if you are coming in via NJ Transit from EWR Airport or via LIRR from JFK Airport). You can then take an Uber, Lyft, or local taxi to the hotel.

If you plan to arrive by plane and do not wish to rent a car, we suggest flying into LaGuardia International Airport or John F. Kennedy International Airport and taking the metro to Grand Central Station. If you plan to arrive by plane and wish to rent a car, we suggest flying into Newark International Airport, and driving directly. The trip to the venue (traffic pending) is just under two hours by car.

We will be offering a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the Holiday Inn Poughkeepsie/Hudson Valley on our wedding day. The venue and the hotel are approximately 20 minutes apart. This will give our folks a chance to imbibe without transportation concerns. (No drinking and driving, friends!)

Two school bus shuttles will arrive at the hotel at 3:45pm and depart at 3:55pm, getting our loved ones to the venue about 15 minutes before the ceremony.

When the official reception concludes, we will have two shuttles bringing folks back to the hotel at 11pm.
